Italian porcini mushrooms on RICHESSE Japan

A feast for Autumn: for Richesse (HEARST Fujingaho inc.) n. 9 (the - Fall issue) I photographed some porcini mushroom based dishes at Cammillo and Perseus restaurants, in Florence. Porcini - "A Taste of Autumn" - were chosen by the editors of the prestigious Japanese magazine to illustrate the second part of the perfect Autumn menu
